All entries submitted during a specific calendar month will be eligible to win the monthly prize. Monthly winners will remain eligible for the Grand Prize. “The Arts Are Everywhere” so be sure and enter often.

One (1) Passport to the Arts
Allied Arts' Passport to the Arts includes complimentary tickets and discounts to performances and exhibits presented by our community's arts organizations including Arts & Education Council, Association of Visual Arts, Ballet Tennessee, Chattanooga African American Museum, Chattanooga Ballet, Chattanooga Boys Choir, Chattanooga Girls Choir, Choral Arts Society, Chattanooga Symphony and Opera, Chattanooga Theatre Centre, Creative Discovery Museum, Houston Museum and the Hunter Museum of American Art.
The Passport to the Arts can also be used for a 10% discount at the Back Inn Cafe and 212 Market Street.

With respect to any and all materials submitted by you for uploading on the Allied Arts websites (alliedartschattanooga.org and whatisart2me.org) you represent that you possess all necessary legal rights to submit such materials, and that the submission or posting of such materials will not violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any person or entity. You will not use these services for the uploading of materials which are obscene or may be hateful or offensive on racial, ethnic, sexual, or other grounds; are harmful, vulgar or distasteful; or are defamatory, libelous, or a violation of the privacy or proprietary rights of any other person or entity. Allied Arts reserves the right to screen all materials submitted for uploading and to remove any materials for any reason, and without notice to you. "Allied Arts is not responsible for the content of any submitted materials. Any and all materials submitted represent the views and opinions of the person(s) submitting such materials and do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of Allied Arts."
By submitting materials for uploading, you grant Allied Arts a license to use, distribute, display, reproduce, and create derivative works from your materials in any and all media, in any manner, in whole or part, without any duty to compensate you for such use.
You agree to indemnify and hold Allied Arts and its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of materials submitted by you.
The above language contains the final and entire agreement between you and Allied Arts regarding your use of these services, and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements regarding your use of these services. Any and all claims arising as a result of your use of these services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of this Agreement will be an appropriate federal or state court located in Chattanooga, Tennessee."
